Hadrijanto: Yes, we are a small shop telecommunications satellite (Wartelsat).

Wimar: The key here expensive but can be done and why people do not pay expensive. So, who is to give support so that this is available?

Hadrijanto: the fact that support the technology. We have the technology. We do engineering technology in it so that we can. The quality that can not reach, such as cyber or subscription, but for remote areas in order to have sufficient means of telecommunication.

Social Entrepreneur ASHOKA

Wimar: This is the third Fred Hehuwat. In 1983 he established the Foundation ASHOKA Indonesia. I know because mendirikannya participated, but I do not know kelanjutannya. ASHOKA use the concept of social entrepreneur. What is the concept that what is done and Ashoka at this time?

Fred: If we usually associate with economic activities. Indeed, the birth of the term social entrepreneur from Ashoka. Wimar: What is the person who built ASHOKA?

Fred: Now there are about 140 people in Indonesia.

Fred: If we see a top social entrepreneur is Muhammad Yunus of Bangladesh with the Grameen program so Banknya reach Nobel prize. The idea that the most unique and good.

Wimar: If I read in your brochure, ASHOKA also engaged in many areas. How do I overcome the obstacles that occur there?

Wimar: How do you choose who it will be built?

Fred: I think we really memilah-milah mainly based on the assessment,

2. Are people who do that, according to our assessment, have the ability?
3. How do these ideas impact? If the impact is not small, we are interested.

Wimar: If Bob Sadino 50 years ago that was when the youth, can be an option if ASHOKA? Whether conditions exist in the self that Bob sought ASHOKA?

Fred: Perhaps nature is-so, but may not field. Bob certainly want to be commercially successful, while the value is how we impact on social life.

Impact of Changes in Government

Wimar: We have been experiencing drastic changes of government since 1998 until now. If compared with the previous situation, if there are differences in the changes for each field of entrepreneur?

Fred: It's different. To establish our first ASHOKA must mengumpet-umpet. Now it is very liberal

Bob: Yes there are differences. But I'm not interested from the first with the government. I just do not want us too many set-set that because I know about is my business.
