Serving leadership

Serving the heart (Character Leadership)

A leader is not sincere enough or have only the heart but also must have a series of methods of leadership that can become an effective leader. Many leaders have the quality of the first aspect, the character and integrity of a leader, but when a formal leader, is not effective at all because they did not have a good method of leadership.
